Cake Delivery Timing & Scheduling

This page is the single reference for all timing and scheduling rules when ordering from Kim Cake Creation. Please read it carefully before placing your order — especially for same-day, midnight, or custom cake orders.

Standard Delivery Hours

Monday – Sunday (all days) 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Deliveries are made by third-party courier and logistics partners across Whitefield, Marathahalli, Brookefield, ITPL, EPIP Zone, Varthur, Kadugodi, Hoodi, and Mahadevapura.

Same-Day Delivery — Cutoff & Rules

Important: Same-day delivery is an attempt, not a guarantee. We make every effort to fulfil on the requested date, but cannot promise delivery within a specific clock time.

Both conditions apply: your order must be placed before 5:00 PM and at least 2–3 hours before your required delivery time. Orders placed after 5:00 PM cannot be confirmed for same-day delivery.

For same-day orders, please WhatsApp us to confirm availability before placing your order on the website.

Midnight Delivery — Window & Cutoff

Delivery window (remote / extended areas) 10:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Special occasions notice: On high-demand dates (New Year's Eve, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Rakhi etc.) there is no guarantee of delivery within the midnight window. Orders will be processed and delivered within 52 hours of the requested date and time slot. Midnight orders on these dates cannot be cancelled.

Advance Order Lead Times

These lead times are the minimum required. Earlier is always better for complex or large orders.

Cancellation Cutoffs

Same-day orders: No cancellation is accepted once the order is within 12 hours of the selected delivery time. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately — the earlier the better.

For advance orders (delivery date is different from order date):

No cancellation is accepted for: midnight delivery orders, and orders placed on special-occasion dates (Valentine's Day, New Year's Eve, Christmas, Mother's Day, Rakhi etc.). Orders on these dates will be executed — not cancelled — even in the event of weather, traffic, or civic disruptions.

Recipient Availability — Important

Only one delivery attempt is made. Please ensure your recipient is available at the selected delivery time before confirming your order.
  • If the recipient is not available, the order will be marked as delivered and no refund will be issued.
  • A second delivery attempt will not be made.
  • Delivery is also considered complete if: the address is incorrect, the premises are locked, access is denied (societies, hospitals, offices), or the recipient refuses delivery for personal reasons.
  • Please confirm the recipient's availability — especially for surprise deliveries.

Can I Get a Specific Clock Time Guaranteed?

We work with time slots, not guaranteed clock-to-clock windows. Once dispatched, your order is delivered within 2–4 hours. We do not guarantee delivery at an exact minute — especially on weekends, festival dates, or during high-demand periods.

If your celebration has a fixed start time (e.g., a surprise at 7:00 PM), we recommend ordering with a 2–3 hour buffer so the cake arrives before your moment begins.
