Q: How do I place an order with Kim Cake Creation?

A: You can order directly on our website at kimcakecreation.com, via WhatsApp, or by visiting our shop in Whitefield. For same-day or urgent orders, WhatsApp is the fastest option. For custom or wedding cakes, we recommend placing your order through the website or by visiting us in person so we can discuss your design in detail.

Q: How much advance notice do I need to order a cake?

A: We offer same-day delivery with as little as 2 to 3 hours' notice for standard cakes (chocolate, vanilla, butterscotch, red velvet). Photo cakes require at least 4 to 6 hours. Custom fondant and designer cakes need 2 to 3 days. Wedding and tiered cakes should be ordered at least 5 to 7 days in advance, though earlier is always better for complex designs.

Q: Can I order a cake for the same day in Whitefield?

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

A: You can cancel or modify your order up to 12 hours before your scheduled delivery time, subject to the stage of preparation. For same-day orders, modifications may not be possible once baking has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.

A: Kim Cake Creation offers a wide range of flavours including chocolate, dark chocolate, Belgian chocolate, red velvet, butterscotch, vanilla, black forest, strawberry, pineapple, blueberry, mango (seasonal), coffee, and truffle. All flavours are available in both egg and eggless versions.

Q: Do you make eggless cakes?

A: Yes, all our cakes are available in eggless versions. We use premium ingredients to ensure our eggless cakes are just as moist and flavourful as egg-based cakes. Eggless cakes are available across all our flavours, sizes, and designs — including custom fondant cakes, photo cakes, and wedding cakes.

Q: Do you offer Jain cakes with no eggs, gelatin, or animal products?

A: Yes, we accommodate Jain dietary requirements. All our eggless cakes are made without eggs, and we can prepare cakes without any gelatin or animal-derived products upon request. Please mention this when placing your order so we can ensure all ingredients comply.

Q: How many people does a 1kg cake serve?

Q: What is the difference between a fondant cake and a cream cake?

A: A cream cake uses fresh whipped or buttercream frosting that is piped and spread onto the cake. It has a lighter taste and softer texture. A fondant cake is covered with a smooth layer of rolled fondant (sugar paste) that allows for detailed sculpted designs, sharp edges, and elaborate decorations. A: Yes, custom designer cakes are one of our specialities at Kim Cake Creation. We create cakes for any theme — superheroes, cartoon characters, floral designs, travel themes, corporate logos, and anything else you have in mind. Share a reference image or describe your idea and we'll bring it to life. Custom cakes start from ₹1,200 per kg.

Q: Do you make photo cakes with a printed image?

A: Yes, we offer photo cakes with high-quality edible image printing on food-grade rice paper. You can send us any photo — a portrait, a collage, or a design — and we'll print it directly onto your cake. Photo cakes start from ₹900 for a 1kg cake. We recommend placing photo cake orders at least 4 to 6 hours in advance.

Q: Do you make wedding cakes?

A: Yes, Kim Cake Creation makes custom wedding cakes of all sizes. We offer single-tier to multi-tier wedding cakes in classic fondant, floral cream, semi-naked, and fully custom styles. Wedding cake orders should be placed at least 7 days in advance for standard designs and 2 to 3 weeks ahead for elaborate multi-tier creations. Q: Can you make a corporate branded cake for our company event?

A: Absolutely. We regularly make cakes for corporate events, team celebrations, product launches, and milestone parties for companies in the Whitefield and ITPL area. We can incorporate your company logo, brand colours, and messaging into the cake design. Bulk orders are available with special pricing. Contact us at least 3 to 5 days before your event.

A: Kim Cake Creation delivers to Whitefield, Marathahalli, Brookefield, ITPL, EPIP Zone, Varthur, Kadugodi, Hoodi, and Mahadevapura. If your area is not listed, please contact us — we frequently deliver to nearby areas and will confirm availability for your specific location.

Q: Is same-day cake delivery available?

A: Yes. We offer same-day cake delivery across Whitefield and surrounding areas with a minimum of 2 to 3 hours' notice for standard cakes. For custom or fondant cakes, please allow more time. WhatsApp us immediately with your requirements and we'll confirm the earliest possible delivery time.

Q: What are your delivery timings?

A: We deliver 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. For special occasions that require late-evening delivery, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate. We do not have fixed time slots — we work with you to find a delivery window that suits your event schedule.

Q: How is the cake packaged to prevent damage during delivery?

A: All cakes are packed in food-safe, sturdy cake boxes with non-slip bases and secure closures. Tiered and fondant cakes are supported with internal dowels and boards. Cream cakes travel in temperature-aware packaging. For very tall or fragile designs, we use reinforced packaging and handle delivery personally. If a cake arrives damaged, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
