Cancellation of Orders

Cancellation after Shipment:

In case you wish to cancel your order, which has already been shipped, the refund shall not be processed as this is an edible product in nature and we don’t accept return and no refund shall be processed.


Return/Exchange Policy

The products can be exchanged or returned within 24 hours post-delivery, only if the delivered products are defective or damaged.


Prepaid orders – The amount shall be credited to your account through which the payment was done. It may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.


Shipping Policy

Once an order is placed, we will dispatch it within 2-4 hours from confirmation of your orders. Once the order has been dispatched it will be delivered within 2-4 hours on the same day.


Order deliveries will be made by a third-party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services usually between 10.00am – 8:00pm from Sunday to Saturday.
